This privacy policy applies to the Trichromacy Color Tool app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Matthew Dublin (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not require registration and does not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any content you create within the app. Palettes and exported images are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to any server operated by the Service Provider.

The Application uses Sentry, a third-party error monitoring service, to detect and diagnose crashes and performance issues. Sentry collects an anonymous device identifier (the iOS Identifier for Vendor) and crash and performance diagnostic data. This information is not linked to your name, email, or any other personally identifying information. It is used solely for the purpose of identifying and fixing bugs in the Application, and is not used for advertising or tracking purposes. The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.

The only third party with access to data from the Application is Sentry, as described above, for the purpose of crash and performance monitoring. No other third parties have access to data from the Application. The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or trade any user information.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at trichromacytoolforcolor@gmail.com so that the necessary actions can be taken.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Application does not collect personally identifiable information. The anonymous diagnostic data collected by Sentry is transmitted securely over HTTPS and stored according to Sentry's security practices.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
